Grosvenor Hotel London – Emergency stonework support with specialist scaffold

3D Access Solutions were called upon by a very frantic building manager one morning after a piece of stone detached itself from the building & fell around 50 feet onto a roof below missing the entrance to Victoria Station by inches in the morning rush hour, which could have been catastrophic! Once on site an inspection was carried out which identified other loose stonework. A specially designed temporary scaffold was installed via rope access to support the rest of the stonework & facilitate access through a bedroom window to complete the repairs needed to secure the structure.
